Storm Smart was professional and responsive throughout the entire process from the initial visit and quote through the final inspection and provision of insurance certificate and documents. John, the territory manager, came out and showed me the products and features. He quoted the job four ways so that I could pick the combination of price and options that worked best for me. He kept in contact until I decided to go ahead with the job, at which point I signed the contract. The installation depended upon the work that another contractor was doing, and that contractor was far behind schedule. The office staff at Storm Smart did a great job of keeping in touch with me and the progress of that job so that I could be scheduled as soon as possible.

The installer called me at work to update me on his progress during the job. Storm Smart sends out their own inspector to check the job before the county inspector comes out. He found a few minor items and they were addressed the following day. The screens are a great addition to my lanai. It is like having an extra room because I can roll the screens down fully or partially as needed to screen out the sun, wind, or rain. The motors operate very smoothly and quietly via a remote control.
