“…so impressive that it beckons a shout out…”

The installation of our storm shutters and automatic lanai screen was so impressive that it beckons a shout out to all involved.  Scott, our installer, is someone that Storm Smart should be proud to have representing its company.  His professionalism and work ethic was amazing.  He worked continuously and the craftsmanship was flawless.  He was courteous and neat.

To all the others involved… From our sales professional, Don, to the billing staff, and follow up crew-thanks so much for making this a low stress endeavor.  I will be a definite supporter of Storm Smart to all my friends and family who are thinking about installing hurricane shutters in the future.

Smart Companies opens West Palm Beach office!

We are excited to announce the opening of our east coast office in West Palm Beach Florida!

The newest division of the Smart Companies is located at 2257 Vista Parkway, Suite 21, West Palm Beach, FL 33411. This office is part of the Vista Business Park and just off of Jog Road.

“Above and Beyond the call of duty”!

My husband and I recently purchased the “Storm Catcher” roll down hurricane screens for our home. David and his son Travis did a wonderful job and David went “Above and Beyond the call of duty”! We have an arched bay window in the front of our home. We were concerned that with the installation of the roll downs we would lose the integrity of the arches on our window. We were extremely concerned about that. We did not want the cap that housed the roll down to interfere with the arches. Well, attached are pictures of the beautiful job David did installing our screens on this bay window! He eliminated the big bulky cap, and installed the roll down right into the soffit…with very little disturbance to the arches! He worked very hard doing this.  They were a great team! They spent long days here and left the areas they were working on spotless every day. We feel the job David did with our window should certainly be nominated as probably one of the Coolest jobs ever!

“…they were just SUPER and helped me so much….”

I recently had breast cancer and subsequently lost my husband.  When I found out that the company where I purchased my hurricane shutters had closed, I was very upset.  I live in Lighthouse Bay and called our clubhouse who suggested 3 companies…one of which was Storm Smart.  I had the very good fortune of getting your Supervisor, Guy F.  to come in to assist me with my shutters that were stuck with bugs, mugworts, etc.  He came again today with Derrick and I feel blessed with his caring heart, knowledge and competence with the hurricane shutters, the quality of the work that they both did.  It was a such a blessing for me and relieved some of worries about my hurricane shutters.  Guy and Derrick are an asset to your company.  They were just super and helped me so much.  In this day and age, where we hear so many complaints, I just wanted to give you a thumbs up for two wonderful employees.  Thank you.
