Many homeowners & consumers put a premium towards the warranty that is offered with their choice of hurricane protection & energy conservation products. A Warranty provides a sense of security for purchasers for the reason that they only want to be assured that they have a means of being able to replace defective products with minimal to no cost to themselves. In cases where faulty production or manufacturing may unexpectedly fall into their hands, having a great warranty eases their concerns. Storm Smart provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original customer of it’s branded products that we manufacture for as long as the product is in the original location it was installed. What does a Limited Lifetime Warranty means to the consumer? It means we will repair or replace our branded products that are determined by a Storm Smart Service representative to be defective, at no charge for parts or materials. Your installer, Dave and the electricians did a wonderful job installing our 2 new Storm Catcher rolling screens! More importantly, they finished the job 2 days before we left on a cruise, so the protection of new hurricane screens gave us a heightened sense of security, particularly for our patio furniture which can now be safely stored within our lanai. But the best part is the Storm Catcher screens blend right in, allowing us to look outside while in the down position, yet still protect us from hurricanes. Outstanding!

Even more impressive is the way your company stepped in when another company defaulted on our contract. You completed the job at the original price, half of which had already been paid to the other company. Your company stepped in and made everything right and we truly appreciate it!
