I wanted to take a moment and commend the service that I received from your company. Recently, I had the privilege of working with your sales manager Frank Manor who educated me on your storm products, he presented himself very professionally during his sales presentation. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. He laid the groundwork for your Storm Smart installer to arrive.
This past Friday installer Shane arrived promptly at my residence in Colonial Country Club. He was professional,articulate and well groomed .He represented Storm Smart well. Shane lived up to all my expectations. His work was neat and clean. Shane was very focused throughout the installation and did a wonderful job explaining how the products worked and it’s usage.
I recently have retired from a company that has been in business for well over 100 years.We always felt that our people were our greatest asset.You are fortunate to have two outstanding individuals representing your company.With employees like this I’m sure that Storm Smart will continue to grow and be successful into the future…Thanks again for all your help.

Work on my house hasn’t been started yet. So, I can’t comment about an installer. However, I strongly concur with everything said here about Frank M. He has been wonderful, always promptly and courteously responding to all of my many questions.
We ordered our new windows in March. Of the three companies we talked to only Don D. from Storm Smart impressed us. When the four windows and the three sliding lanai windows came in three men came to install them. Shawn, Jeff and Todd were just great. First they measured from every angle, made sure each panel would fit like a glove, then laid down drop cloths so nothing would get dirty. As they proceeded along they explained how the windows were made and how they will protect our condo in case of a severe storm and how they install them. When finished our place was as clean as before they started. They were courteous, polite and professional. We are very happy with Storm Smart, our new windows and their employees . We will definitely recommend Storm Smart.
