As Secretary of our neighborhood, we are always having meetings and events at our home. The new Storm Catcher screens have created an extra room for our home. We love them! The Storm Smart team has done a wonderful job for us and we are extremely pleased with the product.

Although not the largest, this may be the coolest job for the month because every aspect of the project was performed with customer focus using quality materials and workmanship, and professional installation.

All the involved personnel treated me with respect and gave me the feeling that my installation mattered. From answering the phone, to selling, to choosing the color, to planning, to scheduling, to arriving on time, to the actual installation and clean-up, Storm Smart made every effort to make this project run smoothly and successfully for me, the customer. I could not be happier with the quality of the results and all the Storm Smart people involved in the outcome.

I was made to feel like it was the largest, most important job Storm Smart had all month!

Overall, although not the largest, this may be the coolest job for the month because every aspect of the project was performed with customer focus using quality materials and workmanship, and professional installation. All the involved personnel treated me with respect and gave me the feeling that my installation mattered. From answering the phone, to selling, to choosing the color, to planning, to scheduling, to arriving on time, to the actual installation and cleanup, Storm Smart made every effort to make this project run smoothly and successfully for me, the customer. I could not be happier with the quality of the results and all the Storm Smart people involved in the outcome.

I was made to feel like it was the largest, most important job Storm Smart had all month!
The quality of the product, both materials and design, is top notch.
The roll down shutter assembly and trim seem to disappear into the walls in my lanai - the visible hoods and trim only add to the aesthetic value of the lanai.
Installation itself went like clockwork - Buddy Roberts and Steve worked very well as a team and were friendly, courteous, professional, respectful, and didn’t mind answering my questions ( I had a bunch of them).
Everyone at Storm Smart (Frank, TJ (when I visited the factory and showroom), Hilda, Buddy, Steve) acted professionally, kept me informed during planning, scheduling and installation, and I felt I was included as part of the team, NOT just a customer or another job.
The contractor electrician (Paul) was likewise professional, courteous, et al and did not mind answering my questions – he went the extra mile (at his voluntary suggestion) to provide just a little more wire to effectively move a speaker – the result was better than I had hoped.
Buddy and Steve cleaned up and vacuumed at the end of both days – they were respectful and questioned me as to whether it was ok to leave their tools. They left them overnight in a tidy and organized manner.Thanks again,

The installation of our storm shutters and automatic lanai screen was so impressive that it beckons a shout out to all involved. Scott, our installer, is someone that Storm Smart should be proud to have representing its company. His professionalism and work ethic was amazing. He worked continuously and the craftsmanship was flawless. He was courteous and neat.

To all the others involved… From our sales professional, Don, to the billing staff, and follow up crew-thanks so much for making this a low stress endeavor. I will be a definite supporter of Storm Smart to all my friends and family who are thinking about installing hurricane shutters in the future.

“Closing the shutters is as easy as pie!”

I am so pleased with the installation of your shutters that I am nominating my home as the coolest job!
When the shutters on the lanai are opened, they are barely detectable. They fold back out of the way and do not obstruct our view or our normal foot traffic on the lanai. Closing the shutters is as easy as pie! My wife can close them so easy… it is like closing a slider!
The Storm Catcher screens on the front of the house blend in with architecture and do not detract from curb view of our home, and they are very simple to remove and store when not needed!
The installers worked diligently through the inclement weather to complete the installation in time for the hurricane season!

“Above and Beyond the call of duty”!

My husband and I recently purchased the “Storm Catcher” roll down hurricane screens for our home. David and his son Travis did a wonderful job and David went “Above and Beyond the call of duty”! We have an arched bay window in the front of our home. We were concerned that with the installation of the roll downs we would lose the integrity of the arches on our window. We were extremely concerned about that. We did not want the cap that housed the roll down to interfere with the arches. Well, attached are pictures of the beautiful job David did installing our screens on this bay window! He eliminated the big bulky cap, and installed the roll down right into the soffit…with very little disturbance to the arches! He worked very hard doing this. They were a great team! They spent long days here and left the areas they were working on spotless every day. We feel the job David did with our window should certainly be nominated as probably one of the Coolest jobs ever!

As a very recent customer, let me tell you about my experience with your company.
Several weeks ago, I attended a Home and Garden Show at the Coralwood Mall in Cape Coral. I wanted some information about storm protection for my home and an estimate of the cost. Within a day or two, I was contacted by Ralph. We set an appointment and he came to my home, with sample case in hand and explained the available products and the cost involved. He invited me to go to your showroom to see the products at full size on display. I did this…. where I met Vicky who pleasantly showed me everything available and patiently answered questions and watched as I tried things out. Not one to jump into anything too hastily, I checked out your competitors both for price and customer service. Prices actually were not too far apart but that was not the determining factor. Ralph followed up with phone calls and at one point said to let him know if I was not interested at this time and he would stop calling. Being excellent at procrastination, the calls did serve as reminders and help me move along with the process. I signed a contract for the work I decided upon and David, the installer, came to do the measuring and double-check the color choices. Hilda called to confirm a date for the installation. On that day, she called to say there had been a heavy rain storm on another job site which would delay the start of my project. David called with appologies for the delay and to set up a new date. We agreed on Saturday, although I could not be present the whole time. David kept in phone contact with me about his arrival times and came with his son and helper, Travis on Saturday. They worked steadily and tirelessly in a very precise, pleasant and professional manner,cleaning up everything at the end of the day and leaving things “neat as a pin”. They returned on Sunday to complete the job and again on Monday to show me how everyting was to operate…..more than willing to demonstrate and insure my satisfaction with the product and the work. Here’s wishing there were more craftsmen like David who take such pride in their work and do an excellent job!

Follow up calls were made this week by Mike and Kimberly, again, thanking me for the business and checking that everything was satisfactory. There may have been some other contacts from folks whose names I have forgotten but the experience was the same with all….helpful and pleasant.

So that’s the summary of my experience with Storm Smart…..keep up the good work!

We ordered our new windows in March. Of the three companies we talked to, only Don D. from Storm Smart impressed us. When the four windows and the three sliding lanai windows came in three men came to install them. Shawn, Jeff and Todd were just great. First they measured from every angle, made sure each panel would fit like a glove, then laid down drop cloths so nothing would get dirty. As they proceeded along they explained how the windows were made and how they will protect our condo in case of a severe storm and how they install them. When finished, our place was as clean as before they started. They were courteous, polite and professional. We are very happy with Storm Smart, our new windows and their employees.

We will definitely recommend Storm Smart.
