Coolest Job Entry

We are happy to nominate Shane and the job he did installing our huge wonderful motorized rolldown screen, motorized extruded aluminum shutter, lexan panels and manual rolldown screens.  Shane is an employee you should be soooooo proud of.  He was prompt, kept going like the energizer bunny, and seemed to enjoy his work.  There was no doubt that he knew what he was doing and wasn’t going to accept anything less than a perfect result.  His agility on a ladder and at handling the products, materials and tools were amazing.  He was extremely professional and proud of his product and employer.  Shane made sure we could operate the equipment before he left and we really appreciated that.  We really appreciated how clean he left the site at the end of each day.  Shane and the Storm Smart products are of the highest quality and have added so much to the security, safety, sun protection, value and beauty of our home.
We can’t wait to shop for new porch and patio furniture and to finish off the new look with a screen enclosure over the patio..
Thanks also to Frank for all his patience in working with us to help us discover what was best for our needs.

Coolest Job Entry

We believe our new StormCatcher screens are the coolest job of the month for three reasons: quality of the workers, quality of the work, and the end result.

Our installer obviously knew exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it from the moment he parked his truck in front of the house.

His thorough command of the procedures allowed him and his assistant to work meticulously but very efficiently, wasting neither time nor effort while accomplishing and exercising quality control of each step with no hesitations, backtracks, errors or do-overs.

The finished product, with all seams and hardware sealed and concealed, appears so much part and parcel of the original construction that no one will identify it is an added enhancement.

Coolest Job Nomination

Dear Storm Smart,

I would like to nominate my home for “coolest job of the month” and the “installer team” headed by “Chad” as the “coolest installer.

The job presented some unique challenges, due to architectural details, such as high arches, wide expanses  between rounded columns and angled radiuses. The Storm Smart team of designers and installers proposed an innovative design,  requiring custom fabrication,  which was both practical and ascetically pleasing. I also concluded that the Storm Smart concept of Lexan panels and strapped fabric would be the easiest to install and uninstall when needed.

I wanted to take a moment and commend the service that I received from your company. Recently, I had the privilege of working with your sales manager Frank Manor who educated me on your storm products, he presented himself very professionally during his sales presentation. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. He laid the groundwork for your Storm Smart installer to arrive.

This past Friday installer Shane arrived promptly at my residence in Colonial Country Club. He was professional,articulate and well groomed .He represented  Storm Smart well. Shane lived up to all my expectations. His work was neat and clean. Shane was very focused throughout the installation and did a wonderful job explaining how the products worked and it’s usage.

I recently have retired from a company that has been in business for well over 100 years.We always felt that our people were our greatest asset.You are fortunate to have two outstanding individuals representing your company.With employees like this I’m sure that Storm Smart will continue to grow and be successful into the future…Thanks again for all your help.
