Your installer, Dave and the electricians did a wonderful job installing our 2 new Storm Catcher rolling screens! More importantly, they finished the job 2 days before we left on a cruise, so the protection of new hurricane screens gave us a heightened sense of security, particularly for our patio furniture which can now be safely stored within our lanai. But the best part is the Storm Catcher screens blend right in, allowing us to look outside while in the down position, yet still protect us from hurricanes. Outstanding!
Even more impressive is the way your company stepped in when another company defaulted on our contract. You completed the job at the original price, half of which had already been paid to the other company. Your company stepped in and made everything right and we truly appreciate it!
